Portrait Finishes

"Designer"

The very best printing techniques are used to produce this portrait. The emulsion is carefully adhered to an artist's canvas and mounted on masonite. This finish adds depth and brilliance to the final portrait suitable for hanging over a mantle or sofa.

"Classic"

This hand-crafted color portrait is bonded to an art board and a special brush texture is applied, providing a luxurious finish. This is a possible choice when a canvas portrait is desired and price is a factor.

"Basic"

A fine color portrait with lasting beauty and smooth finish. A lustre coating is also applied to provide a protective finish.

Packages

All packages are comprised of sheets or units.

One sheet is equivalent to one of the above. 5 x 7's can only be ordered in pairs. Wallets can only be ordered in groups of eight.

Retouching

All portraits 11 x 14 and larger are retouched to remove light acne and soften facial lines as needed. Removal of stray hair, eyeglass glare, or any other items is done at additional cost.

Viewing Your Previews

Previews will be available for viewing approximately seven-to-ten days after your initial session.   You may take these originals out of the studio for up to seven days with a deposit of $150.

Placing Your Order

An appointment will be made when you take the previews from the studio to return and place your final portrait order. If the previews have been returned in the appropriate time frame (see "Important Notice" below), your deposit will be applied to your final total.

Payments

A 50% deposit will be required before any order is placed. If you decide to pay for your order in full, you will receive a complimentary 8 x 10 (within the ordered package). No part of any order may be removed from the studio until full payment has been made.

We accept checks, VISA, MasterCard, and of course, cash. There will be a $25 service charge for all returned checks. All prices are subject to West Virginia sales tax.

Portrait Pickup

Your portraits should be available for pickup about four to six weeks from your order date. We will notify you when they are available. Any orders left at the studio for more than 30 days beyond the notification date will be charged a $30 per month late fee, and 18% interest on any remaining balance. If the balance remains unpaid after 90 days, your account will be given to the Cabell County Court System for collection.

Important Notice

Previews may only be removed from the studio for a maximum of seven days after payment of deposit. In the event the previews are not returned after seven days, a $10 per day late fee will be added to the final order. If the previews are not returned after 15 days, you will be billed $50 for each preview. If the previews are not paid for after 30 days, the account will be turned over to the Cabell County Court system for collection.
